 Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Because our personalised items are designed and created especially for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable — unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We’ll always replace or refund a faulty item as quickly as possible — just send us a message with your order number and photos of the issue.

 Non-Personalised Items

We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund via your original payment method.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days with a clear photo so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

 Processing Times

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days after we receive your returned item.
