Our Magical Dispatch Promise

Every order from The Laughing Unicorn is made with love, laughter, and just a touch of fairy dust! 
Because all of our items are made to order, your purchase is created especially for you — not pulled from a shelf. This means a little extra time is needed to craft each piece of magic before it begins its journey to your doorstep.

Processing Times

  • Personalised & Made-to-Order Items: Usually dispatched within 5-7 working days.

  • During busy seasons (such as Christmas or special launches), processing may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait! Please contact us if you require your item/s sooner that stated, before you purchase. We will always try to accommodate where possible. 

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.

UK Delivery

  • We ship from our cosy home right here in the United Kingdom. 🇬🇧

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

  • All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or another reliable courier service, depending on size and value.

  • You can upgrade to tracked or express shipping at checkout if available.

 International Shipping

  • We currently only ship within the UK

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Orders over a certain value may qualify for free UK delivery (when promotions apply).

  • Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Please check your tracking (if applicable).

  2. Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly.

  3. Contact us — we’ll do our best to help investigate.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

Seasonal Notes

During the festive season, postal services can experience delays. To make sure your gifts arrive in time, we recommend ordering early — Santa and his unicorns get very busy! 🎁
