All items are made to order right here in the United Kingdom, especially for you. This ensures quality, care, and a little unicorn magic in every parcel.

Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Because every personalised piece is uniquely created to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for personalised or custom-made items — unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If there’s ever a problem with your order, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Processing & Delivery

  • All products are made to order in the UK.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the item and season (particularly during busy periods like Christmas).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Refunds & Returns

We happily accept returns or exchanges on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are processed once we’ve received and inspected the item.
Please note that personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty, as they cannot be resold or repurposed.

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please send us a message with a photo and your order number — we’ll replace or refund it as quickly as possible.
